This notice applies to the public Futivara website at futvara.com, including company, product, contact, health, and legal pages.
It does not yet cover authenticated customer accounts, organization membership, billing records, or product entitlement data, because those features are not part of the current public website foundation.
Browsing public pages does not require an account. Standard web server and reverse-proxy logs may record technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamps for operations, security, and reliability.
Futivara does not use the public site to sell personal data. This notice does not invent a detailed advertising or analytics program; if additional tracking is introduced later, this page will be updated before or when that change goes live.
If you email contact@futvara.com or use the contact form to prepare a message, Futivara receives the information you choose to send — typically name, email address, optional organization, inquiry category, subject, and message content — solely to understand and respond to your inquiry.
The public contact form opens a message in your own email client. It does not create a support ticket, CRM record, or account in the Futivara application by itself.
Public health endpoints return minimal service status information for operations and monitoring. They are not intended to expose personal data, secrets, or detailed system configuration.
Operational logs are retained as needed for security and reliability. Email correspondence you send is retained as ordinary business communication unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
Because authenticated product data stores are not part of this public foundation, this notice does not invent retention schedules for customer account databases.
This page does not invent a registered legal entity name beyond the Futivara brand presentation, an office address, a phone number, a VAT or tax identifier, a supervisory authority filing, or certifications such as ISO or SOC reports.
Those details will be published here only when they are established and verified. Until then, treat this notice as an accurate description of the current public website surface — not as a complete regulatory filing.
Authentication, customer accounts, organizations, entitlements, and billing are planned for later platform phases. When those capabilities are introduced, this policy will be expanded to cover collection, storage, processing, sharing, and retention of account and product data.
